The paper devotes itself to design a practical electronic monitoring platform for Shandong Province and make some contribution to leading cadre supervision.This article to build an electronic platform of Shandong Province, a total of five sub-systems, namely, information collection system of public opinion, Online accusation report system, incorruptible archives system, property declaration system, file query system of commercial bribery crime, etc. The main work is to collect anti-corruption information, and to do targeted publicity, communicate the public, feedback information and resolve conflicts according to public opinion. The platform should accept public accusation reports actively, verify them and feed the deposition back to the informants; it also should register the information of leading cadres such as personal property, and register the organizations which have commercial bribery record.This paper is divided into five parts.Chapter1, the introduction.It describes the background, purpose and the significance of the research, reviews the current research situation at home and abroad, explains basic thoughts and methods of the thesis. and administrative supervision, electronic monitoring, anti-corruption strategies at home and abroad research of the sort.Chapter2, the content, development status and problems of electronic monitoring.
