Research On The Problem Of The Food Recall Procedure In China

In today’s society，the security problem of food has been one of hot spots which thepeople’s livelihood are paying close attention to most, the food recalling system is one ofeffective measures that can solve the security problems of food, protect the consumer’s rightsand interest and maintain society’s stability. Although the food recalling system has beenestablished and developed, but it has not been the actual effects of recalling as well. FoodSafety Law and Provisions On The Administration Of Food Recall have been done theprinciple regulations on the recall of body, mode and procedure, but the regulations arehindering the concrete operation of the food recall procedure in practice. We must perfect thefood recall procedure in order to play the important role. Through using the methods of theanalysis, comparison and others, this paper tries to study the problem of our country’s the foodrecall procedure as a starting point, and deeply researches on the food recalling system. It canbe included the following three parts:The first part is the basic theories of the food recalling system. In this part, the authorintroduced and defined on the concepts of food recall, on the features, the development andthe necessity of implementation of the food recalling system, and sorted out the basicprinciples.The second part is the analysis of the problem of our country’s the food recall procedure.This part would present the differentials between at home and abroad about the legal basis, the recallof body of our country’s food recall procedure and problems and insufficients of the food recallprocedure as the following foundation.The last part studies on how to perfect food recall procedure in our country. The authorwould reveal to the specific suggestions from legislation, the related mechanism of the recallof body and the related supporting measures of the food recalling system and try to constructand improve of our country’s food recall procedure.
