Network Expression Of Interests Of Political Stability And Its Countermeasures

The foundation and development of the Internet not only change the living style ofhuman，but also the participation means of politics. It provides our people with the new placefor interest expression. And the interest expression in Network has already been the newform. It has a variety of characteristics，such as the equality of subject，independence ofspeech， interactivity of dynamic， concealment， low-cost and rapidity of spreading.Therefore，the interest expression in Network widens the channels of the interest expression，motives the people’s enthusiasm of politics，and promotes the construction of democraticpolitics. However，there are problems in the process of the interest expression in Network，such as the overloading of the political inputs and the misguiding of political inputs，whichare negative for the political stability. Therefore，the scientific measures should be taken forthe better use of the interest expression in Network.There are three parts in this thesis. The first part starts with the study of the relatedconcepts of the interest expression in Network and political stability，then the will discussthe causes，characteristics，and main ways of the interest expression in Network. The secondpart is about the positive and negative influences of the interest expression in Network topolitical stability. The third part is focusing on the analysis of the interest expression inNetwork， from the perspectives of institutional support， laws， technology， basicconstruction，education and government measures. Therefore，the effective ways for theinterest expression in Network and political stability will be explored.
