With China’s educational reform entering into a new stage, and the various appealsand interest conflicts related to education system also appeared diversity, rising trend,education complaint reporting system is facing new problems, we need to constantlyexplore to solve the contradictions in the new mode and new channels, therefore, thecadres dealing with complaint and petition of education system playing coordinator roleface many challenges. Therefore, this research aims at analyzing out the pressurecomposition about the staff dealing with the complaint and petition of Sichuaneducation system, doing theoretical analysis about their pressure forms and stresscoping styles, and putting forward some specific measures for the administration of thepressure.This study will discuss the problems and its realistic background, the researchsignificance of the paper. The first phase of the study is elaborating the theory related toboth at home and abroad, on the basis of document research, this study put forward thepreliminary hypothesis, through interviewing the personnel individual about complaintin Sichuan education system, designing a questionnaire, and through the network tocarry on the anonymous investigation, collecting the survey data about the research. Thesecond phase of the study is empirical research, analyzing the acquisition of thequestionnaire data by using professional software of statistical analysis, testing andverifying the preliminary hypothesis proposed in this study.According to the investigation and analysis, this study concluded that the results inthe paper are as follows:(1) the cadres dealing with the complaint and petition in sichuan educationalsystem is a group under great pressure, which comes from the work itself,and itbecomes their main pressure source.(2) There are significant differences in the pressure conditions among the cadregroup with different post, gender, age, and the time engaged in the complaint.(3) The sense of job burnout is obvious among the cadre group dealing with thecomplaint and petition in Sichuan education system, their sense of personal achievement is not high. Their pressure manifestation is apparent in their behaviors,their coping styles to the pressure are mainly passive and negative, lacking ofproactivity and enthusiasm.Through this research, we can have a clear understanding of the cadres dealing withcomplaint and petition’ pressure situation of Sichuan education system, in order to findthe effective methods to deal with the pressure, which provided theoretical basis forSichuan educational system, which is helpful for the orderly development of thecomplaint reporting, and thus,it will play a good role in keeping the cadre’s health,improving work efficiency, and in promoting the building of a harmonious society...
