| As the national economy had been achieved great progress,so that the social competition would becoming more fierce,and the job of the government would have more strict requirements,as the national economy shall be constantly developing,so the functional departments of the government would be constantly reformed and changed,the function of the government would be gradually optimized.The demands for creating service-oriented government is becoming more and more intensive,and the economy of the country would get better development,so that service-oriented government can be formed,the masses shall be conveniently served.The government had created many government services window,thus,many government window posts had been formed.In recent days,the working intensity of related civil servant had received wide attention of the community.For the government window post,owing to the cause of his working nature and influence of the rules of the organization and clients,the working pressure that they would bear would becoming more and more high,they are working as important role in the industry of civil servant.But,at present,this kind of analysis research of related literature is not much.At the beginning,this dissertation simply elaborates according to the analysis thinking,analysis contents and partial key concepts.Second,we analyze on the concrete present situation of current counter staffs working pressure.Third,we had formulated the related counter staffs working strength questionnaire by referring to the analysis report basis of former researchers,make concrete research on working strength of the windows staff by referring to the data of questionnaire survey from different angles,including individuality,organization system and social aspects.Meanwhile,facing the related working features of specific window working crowd and the rules of the organization problems,we make research on it.Fourth,we refer to the data research of statistics and elaboration of source of working strength,we had given out the related management methods of working pressure of government counter staffs from different angles,and alleviate the working strength of government counter staffs and propose the more perfect management countermeasures on the government window working staff pressure problems.The main research findings and research result are: 1.Due to the speciality of counter staffs of H city Industrial and Commercial Bureau,its counter staffs are facing severer working pressure,which also shows diversified and long-term feature.2.The working pressure sources of its counter staffs come from four aspects: working position,leader’s style and personnel interrelationship,organizational system as well as personal career development.In which,working position and organizational system are the most important working pressure sources.There is an apparent relationship between working sources and pressure reaction of counter staffs.3.Perfecting the work flow and internal organizational system of counters staffs of H city Industrial and Commercial Bureau plays an important role in alleviating their working pressure.The innovation of this dissertation is that the author researches the impact of working pressure from organizational and social spheres from the perspective of public management,and also researches how to relax them in aspect of organizational system,in order to finally enhance the working efficiency and humane service. |
