Jurisprudence Interpretation Of Social Management Innovation

February19,2011, the provincial or ministerial main leading cadres workshop aboutsocial management and its innovation held in the central party school，Hu Jintao do theimportant speech in the workshop, analyzes the social management’s new situation in ourcountry at present, discussion is made on how to strengthen the social management andinnovation, clear the guiding ideology, the basic task and key work of strengthening andinnovation the social management, under the new situation，it’s play an important guidingsignificance to innovation and strengthen the social management. This article tries toanalysis the strengthen and innovation of the social management based on the generalintroduction, and puts forward the social function of rule by law in the managementinnovation, and through several key aspects of the social management mechanisminnovation to verify it，proposed the five aspect construction ideas of rule by law to socialmanagement mechanism innovation.The article is divided into three parts, the first chapter is the general introduction ofsocial management innovation, mainly introduces the connotation of the socialmanagement innovation, its significance, the basic idea of social management innovation,the main task and goal of the social management innovation and so on. The second chapterpresents the function of rule by law in the social management innovation, clear the value ofrule by law in the social management innovation, analyzes the basic conditions of socialmanagement innovation by rule of law, and finally put forward the social managementinnovation’s principle of rule by law. The3rdchapter, mainly from the socialmanagement mechanism innovation angle, present the construction idea of rule by law forthe social management mechanism innovation.Social management innovation have many aspect to research, this paper only choosesome typical mechanism among them analyzed under the rule by law angle, the articleinnovation lies in that choose the rule by law angle analysis the innovation and strengthen thesocial management. In the research of strengthen the social management and innovation，theangle of the rule by law is not only provides new ideas and new ways for the study, and makethe solution of the problem in the process of social management innovation has it’s authority;To strengthen the innovation mechanism of social management，present situation——theabsence of rule of law——innovation ideas for research and analysis, help throughphenomenon nature brings, and to create good problem solving thinking.
