With the deepening of reform and opening-up, closed urban and rural dual political and economic system has been gradually broken, when the urbanization has accelerated, some farmers become rural migrant workers in cities, many urban laid-off workers also flow to big cities which have much more Job opportunities. They can’t take their children by their side because of the economic and other reasons. Therefore, there are more and more "foster children" in cities in today’s Chinese society. Foster children’s parents work for a long time, who don’t always live with these children together, which will bring a variety of adverse effect on children live learning, cultivate character. As we know, it’s family that is the most important places in early childhood socialization, It’s parents who are the most important guidance in children’s socialization. It will provide the ideal socialization environment for children that live together with their parents. However, foster children have to face the reality that the socialization guides and place changed, it’s understood that a child in this process is not completely passive recipients, but an active participant, the subjective feelings and unique experience that the child produced in this transformation process will affect children’s early socialization process, it’s easy to cause problems and difficulties for the foster children. This paper will take the foster children as example who learn in AIGUO elementary school which Is located in Inner Mongolia XingAnMeng WuLanHaoTe WANJIA community. I will take the problems and difficulties in the foster children socialization process as the focus of the investigation and study, analyze the cause of the trouble in foster children socialization, put forward some ideas and counter-measures to solve the problems in foster children’s socialization, in order to update the knowledge and awareness of society and parents to foster children, take more people’s attention to foster children.This paper includes five chapters, three parts. This paper’s first two chapters is the first part, in this part, at first the author briefly introduces foster children’s socialization problem background, development situation as well as the research ideas and methods on this problem. Secondly, in order to make the topic clear and outstanding the author definite and analyses the concept of "foster children""left-behind children" and "migrant children" and "socialization". Finally, In order to provide theoretical reference and research guidance for this article, the author discusses the domestic and overseas scholars’related theories and research results around foster children’s socialization. The second part, the author uses the methods of sociology to foster children’s socialization status, such as literature research, field investigation, unstructured interview, case analysis and research, take the analysis of foster children socialization situation in Inner Mongolia XingAnMeng WuLanHaoTeShi Wanjia community AiGuo elementary school as the foundation to study the foster children’s socialization status, this part begin from the following several aspects to describe the basic situation of the group, including the size age, sex ratio, and other basic information of this group, then the author investigate their self-care ability and the status of their social communication, education and role identity through the interview and case analysis. Secondly the author think it’s lack of family education and the lack of parenthood that make the dilemma in foster children’s socialization. The last part of this paper, in view of difficulties that the foster children in the socialization process faces, the author integrate relevant factors that will affect foster children’s socialization to tackle and solve foster children’s socialization dilemma, including relieve urban and rural system barriers, set up work social mechanism of family, school and society.The study of the defects of the main body in the following aspects:scientific research method is insufficient, the quantitative data are derived from the secondary analysis of the original data, qualitative research relies mainly on the unstructured interview method, which is lack of objectivity.
