A Study On The Involvement Of Social Work In The Socialization Of Children In Resettlement Communities

Children’s socialization is an important step in the process of individual socialization.The smooth realization of children’s socialization not only contributes to the formation of children’s personality,but also plays an important role in promoting the harmonious development of society.Since the reform and opening up,China’s urbanization process has been accelerating,the rapid expansion of urban space,more and more rural land has been expropriated,the formation of a large number of demolition and transformation of residential areas,that is,resettlement community.Because of resettlement community children’s physical and mental development is not yet mature,due to the change of living and learning environment,prone to adapt to difficult,and so on and so forth,while most of resettlement community is the health of the environment,poor infrastructure,improve residents,children’s lack of public services,cultural quality low,poor communities in the spirit of the cultural environment seriously affects the normal social resettlement community children.How to meet the social development needs of children in the resettlement community and enhance the social adaptability of children in the resettlement community need extensive attention from all sectors of society.As a professional method to help others and help themselves,social work can effectively help service objects to prevent or solve social problems and restore or develop their social functions.Applying the action research,semi-structured interviews and other research methods,with resettlement community children’s socialization in social work service project,on the basis of detailed analysis of the diverse needs of children’s socialization and resettlement community advantage resources,by utilizing the method of group social work,community,the advantage of resettlement community and the surrounding resources for effective links and integration,gradually established in resettlement community care,protect and support system to promote the development of children’s socialization,jointly promote resettlement community children into social life,and the summary and evaluation group,the effect of community intervention of social work service,From the intervention process,the application of theory and working method,to research on the service content,discuss the social work intervention is an effective means of resettlement community children’s socialization,so as to form with local characteristics of resettlement community children involved in social work service experience,for the intervention of social work and resettlement community children’s social practice research provide reference and reference.
