Public-private partnership is widely adopted all around the world. Ourgovernment now is encouraging social capitals to take part in medical business, andmaking the investment subjects and sources more varied. Armed police hospitals andmilitary hospitals is reforming as well. All the sectors of the government is nowfollowing the main policy brought forward by Chairman Hu Jintao which wouldenforce the reform of medical treatment and give the society more responsibility forsocial security. It means that the armed police hospitals should use more socialcapitals and resources and begin its reform. This article is a research on thepublic-private partnerships of an armed police hospital, which I think will be perfecton both economic results and military interests.The first chapter is introduction, which introduces the research background,meaning and method, brings forward the theme of the article. The second chapterdescribes the theory, feature and advantage of public-private partnerships, andanalyzes the feasibility of the reform, and deems that the time of reform is at present.The third chapter is about the current situation of public-private partnerships, anddescribes the operation situation, results and problems at present. The fourth chapteris about the successful examples of public-private partnerships of some militaryhospitals in the USA and Singapore, and a British public hospital. The fifth chapterdiscusses the main concept and method of the reform of public-private partnerships,deeming that in the reform, it is important to keep the principles of double win,smooth transition and keeping the controlling force of armed police hospitals and tochoose the right sectors and business. In the reform, it is also vital to enforce thecontrolling force of the logistics sectors, to consummate the legislations, to carefullyselect the partners and market policies, and to build up an efficient managementsystem of capital and service quality. The last chapter is a brief conclusion.
