Social environment that hospitals face in the modern economy and society hasbeen fundamentally different from the past. To adapt to the requirement of the socialenvironment, in complex cases,further improve the ability of medical support whilepromoting the development,the Contingent’s Armed Police Hospitals must promotethe management efficiency by deepening the scientific,standardized and systemizedmanagement. In that case, the training of talent management is necessary.This thesis expounds the background of hospital’s development, domestic andinternational experience in hospital management talent training and the direction tothe management talent training. It analyses the theory basement of the research totraining strategy of the Contingent’s Armed Police Hospital Management Talent andthe necessity of Contingent’s Armed Police Hospital Management Talent training.Thisthesis comprehends the status and the methods of management talent by investigatingsome Armed Police Hospitals. It indicates that the restrictions of management talentof the Contingent’s Armed Police Hospital are unprofessional and unstablemanagement talent, unreasonable structure and unconsummated incentive mechanism.It indicates that the Contingent’s Armed Police Hospital should observe the principlesof political, specialized and professional to train the talent management, and takestrategies including selection of scientific personnel with management, more ways toincrease efforts, by making differences from other local and large-scale armyhospitals. Only by these strategies can promote the management efficiency and makescientific development for the Contingent’s Armed Police Hospital.The results of this research can effectively improve the Contingent’s ArmedPolice Hospital in the management, to improve the ability of medical support andmake more competitive in the future medical service. It would lay a solid foundationfor the long-term development of the Contingent’s Armed Police Hospital and makegood sense for the brother-military hospital for reference also.
