Engineering ethics is a new branch of applied ethics, receiving more and more attention of scholars. Our country is in an economic construction and development in the rush hour every day, and millions of size project completion, horse and construction projects is not counting. No doubt, these engineering activities involve a lot of ethical issues, many of which are and engineers professional ethics and social responsibility relevant. However, in our country, for a long time, because engineers work significance and properties were not social fully understanding and the understanding, engineer’s professional ethics and social responsibility didn’t get the attention it deserves. Engineering project engineers should have what kind of professional ethics, they undertake projects in what kind of social responsibilities, when confronted with their professional project interests conflict moral and social responsibility when they do, these problems in theory and in practice there are defects. Although now in preventing engineering accident in China adopted a variety of measures, but from deep to solve problems in practice, which should take various measures to strengthen the engineer’s professional ethics construction and enhancement of social responsibility, and engineers from the Angle of ethics of engineer’s professional ethics deepening and social responsibility theory research and applied research.This paper is divided into three chapters.
