The Crime Cause And Countermeasures Of Second Generation Of Migrant Workers

In recent years,a large number of migrant workers emerge with the urbanization process.Some of them camped in the city,so another group came out---the second generation of migrant workers.They are far away from the countryside when they were very young.They hope to get the identity of the city in the same with the city abandoned them,only to get discrimination and unfair treatment by the called city man.The upshot of all this results a bad phenomenon---the crime rate of the second generation of migrant workers is very high,especially in the develop area.And more and more people focus on the question.The legal profession of China has achieved fruitful achievement on juvenile delinquency,but gets little on the second generation of migrant workers.The depth and breadth of this research should be improved.Facing with the rapid growth of the second generation of migrant workers crime number.We need to give enough which is also the original intention of this paper. The second generation of migrant worker is not a rigorous academic title.There is no unified definition of this concept in China.This paper defines this concept in order to research easily.It mainly focus on this scope who have psychological deviation and go to criminal road after experienced social change and environment change frequently.This paper analyzes the present situation of the second generation of migrant workers crime on the basis of existing information and summed up the characteristic of the crime,for example use violence,form group,seek interest,and crime for passion.The paper discuss the reason of social,family and school in basis of today’s social system and their living environment.The occurrence of external prompted the immanent cause which includes the system of dual-structure household register,the dispperance social security,unfair distribution of social resource,family poverty,difficult to go to city school,and unable to get to the city’s sense of identity.But the most important reason of relapse into crime is the absence of remedial education work.The last part of this paper puts forward a variety of measures based on analysis of the comprehensive reason in hope to alleviate the situation of the second generation of migrant workers’ crime.It’s not only the responsible to solve problem but also need everybody’s effects.It’s helpful for this group to get tolerance and respect of the society and propitious o social harmony and stability and the country’s long-term development if cancel their identity and give them more tolerance and understanding.
