Study On The Causes And Prevention Countermeasures Of Agricultural Job-related Crimes

In recent years,under the high pressure situation of strong anti-corruption,duty crime has been better curbed,and the social atmosphere has been greatly improved.But there are still some public servants do not repent,and hold theirs hand off in the selfish desire,which causes extremely bad impact.Especially in the vast grass-roots areas,duty crime has a great impact on the vital interests of the people,causing a series of social problems,and even even triggered mass problem such as petition.The author takes the duty crime handling case data of Dafeng District in the People's Procuratorate of Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province from 2012 to 2016 as the sample,taking the definition of agricultural job-related crimes as the breakthrough point,summarized seven aspects of the grassroots duty-related crimes from the crime subject,the crime object,the crime consequence and so on.This paper analyzes the causes of the crime of agricultural work from the aspects of financial system,selection and appointment system,supervision system,crime cost,the subject itself,the social environment influence,the loopholes in the legal system and the occasional opportunistic factors.Combined with the characteristics and causes of the crime of agriculture involved in the work,and finally proposed to increase the legal publicity and education,strengthen the system construction,improve the cost of crime,increase the employment of agriculture involved in the crime,extend the prosecution tentacles and other means to prevent agriculture crime.
