Explore In Building Consensus On Reform With The Core Value System Of Socialism

Nowadays China is in a-key-turning developing time. The difficulties of further reform are getting greater and greater. Since we have been in a bitter thoughts and ideas wars, some problems are coming along, such as how to move toward a broad consensus on reform in theory and practice, in which way and from which respect? In2012, the18th National Congress of Communist Party of China stressed that we should use the core value system of socialism to guide social thoughts and to build social consensus, which pointed out a clear direction for building consensus in a multicultural time.A heavy responsibility of state-dominated ideology is to build a cohesive society, and to achieve social integration. But the core value system has not met universal approbation. The problem is that we have not refined the state and society common values.The main conclusion in this dissertation is to build consensus with the core value system for further reform in China. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the academic results in China and abroad, the structure and dimension of the core value system of socialism are specified; then, sums up experience of developing countries in building social consensus and interprets core values for further reform in China to rebuild national consensus. Lastly, building social consensus are discussed from two respects, basic principles and main content, establishes the basic direction from subject, target and process, and explains main content in practical from belief, spirits, ideals, and morality.This dissertation is an innovation in the trend of research:from transmission pathway turn into impetus for reform. It is also an embodiment to carry out the18th National Party Congress spirit as the reform in China advancing exquisitely.
