Comparative Study On Marxism Property Rights Theory And Property Right Of Coase Theory

With the deepening of China’s state-owned enterprises reform of property rights, Marxist Theory of Property Rights and the Coase property rights theory has been widespread concern. Comparative Study between the two kinds of property rights theory becomes the focus of the theoretical circles.At present, the comparison process with the Marxist Theory of Property Rights and the Coase Theory of Property Rights in domestic and foreign academic has made some theoretical results, but there are still many deficiencies. For exmaple, there are many disputes about the nature of Marx’s Theory of Property Rights and Comparative Study of the two kinds of property rights theory, didn’t form a complete system. This article on the basis of describing Marx and Coase property rights theory of the process and the logical framework, from the new entry point of the differences and consensus by the Marxist Theory of Property Rights and the Coase property rights theory, comparing and researching two kinds of property rights theory, found that there are fundamental differences between two kinds of property rights theory, for exmaple, the essence of property rights, the scope, the origin, institutional change, logical system, as well as research methods and purpose. At the same time, there is a certain consensus on the definiton of property rights, the structure arrangements, property rights and laws, economic efficiency and industrial relations. Through the comparative study of the system, we believe that the Marxist Theory of Property Rights and the Coase Theory of Property Rights between different but related; Its essence has fundamental differences, the nature of the Marxist theory of property rights is the theory of Marx ownership sense, the nature of theCoase property rights theory is a theory in the legal sense. At the same time, there are some shortcomings between two kinds of porperty rights theory. Coase property rights theory has many controversial, its theoretical logic system isn’t rigorous. But the lack of Marx’s Theory of Property Rights is limitations of the times, and in productivity is relatively backward socialist country how to organize and adjust the relationship between ownership and failed to make a detailed description and the property right of the main object of the research and the relationship between property rights and the development of modern enterprise does not have a complete discussion of the theory of lack of time and operability. Thus, Marx’s Theory of Property Rights also further developed with the times. Through the system for two kinds of property rights theory, we believe that the property rights of state-owned enterprise reform process, on the one hand, to adhere to the guiding positon of the Marxist theory of property rights; the other hand, we must fully absorb all outstanding achievements of human civilization.
