First, the concept of fairness and justice from the "A Theory ofJustice" which covers the value of the various levels tends to be more comprehensive,but the hypothesis of all citizens have the same doctrine from the "A Theory ofJustice" can’t find the place in the background that the established rational pluralismis true, therefore, almost comprehensive justice must reform itself, in order to achievegeneral consensus from different citizens with different comprehensive doctrines.Second, political liberalism set the attention to justice as ever and complement othercore political ideas. Political justice is experienced thought after the transition ofjustice as fairness, its performance form is still the two justice principles, politicaljustice is the free choice by the rational citizen representatives with conscience inoriginal position, it is in accord with the pursuit of primary goods for the people underthe veil of ignorance, to achieve political ideals of political liberalism by acting on thestructure. Overlapping consensus makes political justice into the core becausepluralism theory advocates realizes that political justice in the original position could be agreed by themselves(there is a lack of cultural background under the veil ofignorance, this is the best factor to form a mutual standard). The formation ofoverlapping consensus is based on the reality of the pluralism and diversified personaljudgment, it can ensure the stability of cooperation system which formed by thegeneration of rational individuals. Priority of rights expresses effective guide ofpolitical justice on the political good, the goods under the restrictions by politicaljustice can enter into the bounds of overlapping consensus and affect political life, andthe other goods only can build background culture of social life as a moral ideas.Political justice perfects itself in the process of using goods. The public reason isrelative to the non-public reason contained in the commonwealth, represents theguidance note that political liberalism needs. Public reason is the rationality of theparticipants in public political life, its content comprises political conception includesthe political conception of justice, acts on the constitutional fundamental problem andbasic justice problems, ensures the stability of the basic structure from generation togeneration. Finally, basic structure as first theme of justice is the starting point and theend-result of the political liberalism, principles of political justice and public reasoncan find answers for their questions in the system of basic structure.Political liberalism contains justice principles and guidance notes, correspondingto the value of political justice and public reason, overlapping consensus makes anorganic connection between these values and the comprehensive doctrines of citizens,at the same time, the rights of priority emphasizes the importance of the politicaljustice as the dominant role, the discussion of these theories would finally show inthe basic structure and form into appropriate answers for the questions of politicalliberalism.
