By the PLA developing these years,the female has already taken a large percentin the army especially which the man is entity,the number and the extent has beengreat than before,the problem of their demobilization how to choose the career ismore and more focused by some departments.According to the situation,I looked upa lot of documents and combined the boarding materials to make some commentsabout choosing career of military female basing on the research results.I make somedetail expounds for choosing career of military female,the problems when themilitary female chooses their career and strategy.There are four parts in my paper.First,ntroduction.This part we introduce the background of choosing career ofmilitary female. Then we study the on theory meaning and practice meaning of thisresearching.next part,make the conclusion of China’s and overseer’s studysummary,finally I use the literature research, and method of historical to get a detailresearching otherwise about the advantages and disadvantages.The second part,summarized of military female career choice.At the beginning,Iexpatiate on career life and choice.Introduced about Frank Parsons’ Human-JobMatch Theory and Holland’s mutual choice between the job and the job hunter. Thenext part I explain the military female’s choosing career just as what they did in thearmy and what they could do after the demobilization to choose the career.Then mypaper is going to talk about the professional ideal of the military women,include themain part and meaning.In the end,I discus for the making the professional ideal canbe true, getting a job and strategy to fulfill the personal,family and society reasonsthe research the motivation and resource of the motivation.The third part. The issues and the resource of this issues exiting when theychoose the career.This part is mainly divided into military women career choice the cause of the issues and problems in two big ways. In one of the problems in the careerexpectations of higher prevalence; Career choice field limitations. Demobilizedfemale soldiers secondary employment difficulty big three aspects has made theanalysis and research. In terms of research problem causes, including personal andsocial reasons, this paper studies the female soldiers in career choice inferioritypsychology, psychology of the imbalances, suspicion and dilemma.The Forth part, the strategy research of the choosing career for the militarywomen.First,I make a totally analyze for improving the female military’scomprehensive quality taking out the perfected professional quality increasing thevocational adaption and the professions improving the anti-frustration ability andstimulating social concern and sense of responsibility. After that,to remove thesocial pressure of the female military to make the better public opinion atmosphereto create career development mechanisms to explain the protecting and constructinga better career development platform in four ways.
