Study On The Local Government Executive Ability Of China In The Perspective Of Social Autonomy

Local government executive ability has always been an important issue in the process of our national governance. With the influence of social autonomy thoughts and the practice of local self-government, local government executive ability is facing new challenges and opportunities. Study on the local government executive ability of china in the perspective of social autonomy, not only can effectively improve the execution of local government policy, but also promote innovative ways of social management and achieve the sound development of the society. This article studied the local government executive ability in the perspective of social autonomy, discussed the theory development process of social autonomy, analyzed the influence of local government executive ability from social autonomy, which included four aspects of innovative ways, shifted concept, functional position and complete evaluation, and put forward the conflict of interests is the underlying causes of local government ineffective implementation, and the alienation of power is the external causes of local government ineffective implementation. Because the ideas of social autonomy had been propagated and the executive environment of the local government has changed, this article put forward we should improve local government executive ability from the following four aspects. Institutional innovation is the effective way to solve the conflict of interest. System restraint is the important means to prevent the alienation of power. In addition, we must enhance public awareness of local government enforcement subject and unblocked the running channel of local government executive process.The local government executive power faces many challenges in the reality. With the development of our nation and society, the local government executive power of our nation becomes more important. With the deepening of China’s reform process, the executive environment of local government has changed tremendously. Therefore, it’s very urgent to find a new perspective and the cause of this problem and identify governance road. This article is based on a real problem of contemporary China, uses research methods and theories of political science and administrative science, selects a small perspective and cut into a big problem, and studies on the local government executive ability in the perspective of social autonomy.
