The Research On Executive Power Of Local Government From The Perspective Of Administrative Culture

As the development of the administrative system reform, many problems appears in the process of implementation of public policy, such as illogical government order, distorted implement, symbolic execution and so on. These problems lead to the policy implementation deviation and policy goals cannot be achieved. Gradually, more attention is paid to the local government executive ability and promotion of local government executive ability also has increasingly become a general consensus.
