At all times, the management of the government always acts aseries of corruption. Since the reform and opening of China,although the work of anti-corruption of the party and the nation hasmade more serious, all kinds of corruption have not been effectivesolved, the exposure of corruption cases are emerging in endlessly.In recent years, lots of work has made in our country at the aspectsof system of punishing and preventing corruption. To a certainextent, these laws filled the legal blanks, and standardized thebehavior of public servants from different aspects. But there arestill many people who regard the law as child’s play, influencing andruining the image of the party and the country.From the past reports of The Supreme People’s Procurator ate,it occupied a vast proportion of bribery and corruption in corruption,the involved people reached nearly ten thousand people per year.This paper collected dates of current situation of caught officialswho bribed and took bribes in nearly20years recently, from whichfind the typical cases to analysis by inner related relationship, fromthe corruption of not have power broker to the corruption of havepower broker, to form intermediary organizations involved in acertain size, observing the power broker gradually start from scratch, from the acts of agent turned to the acts of the full-time,from that we can see the function and role of power broker inpunishing the corruption. Then introducing the relationship ofbribery parties, power broker and the third person byprincipal-agent model, and the relationship of bribery parties andpower broker by principal-agent theory. Analysizing the hugefunction of power brokers in the bribery, and put forward measuresand suggestions which control power brokers against phenomenoncontinues to spread.The main contents are as follows: The first part is thesignificance, current situation and method of the research. Thesecond part, introducing the concept of power broker and thetheory of principal-agent, and the macroscopic description ofbribery in our country. The third part, finding and analyzing thetypical cases in order to draw flow chart and researching theinterest relations they represent. Then comp arising the types ofcases, analyze the bad effects of corruption after the power brokerintervened. The fourth part, put forward hypothesis,leading relativevariables into the model,and analyzing the relative relation tostructure the principle-agent model.Then it puts forward thesituation of the agent breaks a contract and the solving plan inprincipal-agent.The fifth part, combining typical cases withprincipal-agent model,analysing its cost and benefit in differentcorruption by different risk and preference, observing differentbehavior and oriention, and knowing the material function of thecases after the power broker intervened. The sixth part putsforward the solution to contain power broker inside and outside. The seventh part is the conclusion and the vision of the future.The paper argues that it is need to strengthen the potency ofaffecting the internal and external factors on the power-broker inorder to contain power broker, to affect it in different levels andangles, in order to form the actives of cannot be, not dare to andunwilling to do something harmful on the party and the state.
