Today, the rapid development of the internet has changed the traditional way to trade, the electronic commerce at the same time also changed the traditional mode of daily transactions. the electronic commerce because of its immediate, convenient and quick， low cost characteristic increasingly the network of consumer like, But at the same time, the electronic commerce in fast development also emerged a lot problems that hindered the rapid development, but also to the traditional legal system has brought great challenges.The administrative authorities for industry and commerce as a national competent market supervision and administrative enforcement of important functional departments, how to perform supervisory duties and responsibilities to ensure the healthy and orderly development of e‐commerce, all levels of the administrative authorities for industry and commerce at present and in the future for a period of time to think deeply about the problem.Based on the administrative department for industry and commerce on e‐commerce supervision as the research object, the China’s e‐commerce industry and commerce regulation of the basic situation, combined with MPA knowledge learnt, the electronic commerce development trend and regulatory theory made further analysis, and on this basis to explore e‐commerce business regulation thinking, expecting to in practice application of electronic commerce, industry and commerce administration of providing theoretical guidance.
