Electronic Commerce (EC for short) is an integration of computer technology, network communications and modern commerce. In the rapidly growing electronic commerce family, Business-to-Business electronic commerce (B2B for short) has gradually become a leading model, owing to its distinctive contribution to enterprises: creating new competitive strength and bringing great commerce benefits. Along with its booming-up in developed countries, B2B has commanded great attention from all levels of central and local government and enterprises in china. So for Jiangsu province whose economy keeps a high growing level in china, B2B's speeding-up has become a vital in the provincial competitive strategy.This thesis, firstly, makes a comprehensive analysis of conditions and status that the enterprises put EC into practice in Jiangsu province. This thesis summarizes the problems which take place in the process of the development of EC. Furthermore this thesis puts forward an indicator system for E-commercazation which weights the level of conditions of EC application in an enterprise. And this thesis applies the indicator system for E-commercazation to calculate and analyze the numerical value of E-commercazation of the different-size enterprises in Jiangsu province. Then this thesis presents the advantages of Jiangsu province to apply B2B and sums up the successful cases. Accordingly the thesis brings forward the policies and strategies on macroscopic and microcosmic side in order to promote B2B's further development in Jiangsu province.During the course of thesis writing, the author strives to integrate theory with practice. During the course of research, the author adopts integrating macroscopic with microcosmic analytical method, qualitative with quantitative analytical method, static with dynamic analytical method.
