The Democratic Parties In China: Social Service Problems

The multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of theCommunist Party of China is a basic political system in China, as the participating parties,political participation and democratic supervision is a basic function of the Democratic parties.As the participation of the extension and expansion, social service work is also one of theimportant functions of the democratic parties, this is as everyone knows things in the Democraticparties. With the development of the times, the democratic parties to carry out social workenvironment has greatly changed, in order to further promote the work of the social service ofdemocratic parties in the new period of development, improve the efficiency of the politicalparty, the deep theory on social service work, in order to realize democratic social service workits rising in power in China civil society continues to mature.In this paper, structure from the status quo of democratic social service work on the newsituation faced by the democratic parties as the basis, social services, improve the democraticparties’ cause of social service work under the new situation of the new challenges, new featuresand achievements and existing problems were analyzed, and the multi-party cooperation on"Bijie mode" the contribution and its significance as an example, analyzes the democratic partiesformed in the "Bijie model" contribution and value in the process of Chinese peasants andWorkers Democratic especially from central to local levels of organizational support on Bijiearea. On this basis to further explore the improvement and enhancement of social service workof democratic parties in the new period: tradition, maintaining the characteristics; broaden thethinking, rich mode; to establish the system, perfect the mechanism and the integration ofresources, upgrade service four aspects.Through the analysis to further understand the nature of the democratic social service workcorrectly in theory, to promote the system construction as the key point, improve the operationalmechanism of social service of the Democratic parties. In the democratic parties work together toaddress the brand as a breakthrough, the social service content, scope, methods, procedures,security, standardization, system and procedure, so as to overcome the democratic social servicework team ability deficiency "short board".
