On The Influence Of The New Social Stratum On The Development Of Democratic Parties

As parties of Participating Parties, the organizational development and construction is an important part of the improvement of the social system and the construction of the Party system, which is also to persist and improve the basic requirements of multi-party cooperation and political consultation.During the social management in China today, democratic parties play the roles of policy-making staff officer, the supervisor of the social policy implementation, and the social grassroots servant. Its membership structure and organization development make a direct impact on the development process of innovation and social management. This article focuses on the perspective of the development of organization of the democratic parties, analyzed and discussed the democratic parties in the characteristics of the organizational structure in the new period and the impact of social management.In the first chapter, the article has reviewed the definition of the democratic parties, its emergence and development, and its social nature, its membership, and historical tasks are discussed. Through the analysis of the democratic parties’ development and transformation during the various historical periods, the self-development of the democratic parties must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China. They must conform to the trend of the times and timely adjustment of the social foundation. To conforms the needs of the social development and continuously improve the ability to perform their duties, has been the most important issue in the development process of the Participating Parties.The rapid social transformation, the economic development and the social class differentiation, is both an opportunity for the development of the democratic parties, and also the challenge. Especially the addition of a new social class, had a certain impact on the development trajectory of the democratic parties. In this paper, the second chapter focuses on the transformation of the social strata in China. And it also analyzes the generation of a new social class, its features and its historical origins and development status with the democratic parties.The third chapter has cleared democratic parties’ purpose of the organizational work of the new social strata is to enhance the participation in social management and its professional, and improve the ability of political participation, social services and other aspects. In the situation of the democratic parties which have weakened in the specialty sector, focusing on the functions of the new social class members will makes democratic parties which kind of impact is worth discussing.At last, the article provides a few countermeasures and suggestions for the self-construction of the democratic parties in the new social environment.
