The Development Of The Democratic Parties And Build A Harmonious Socialist Society

It is an important strategy task to construct socialism harmonious society that is put forward by the communist party of China in terms of constructing socialist cause with China Characteristics and prosperous society. The construction of harmonious society reflect inherent demand of constructing socialism modernization powerful nation with prosperous and strong, democratic ,civilization and harmonious society ,embody the common wish of the whole parties and the people of the whole country. The construction not only demands to make common affords including responsibility and duty of the government ,society and persons, and also give full play to action of all kinds of nongovernmental organizations and democratic parties. It was concrete analyzed and expounded to historical mission and role location of the democratic parties try to reveal significance of the democratic parties in the construction, and then summarized maybe caused the contradictory and inharmonious factors when the democratic parties face the process of the construction and put forward concrete measures to strengthen the democratic parties construction for their selves in this paper.The paper includes three parts:First part: The mission of the democracy parties during construction of socialism harmonious society. Outstanding characteristics of the political party system in China is that the communist party is leader, and cooperate with the other parties, the communist party is in power, the other parties participate in governmental and political affairs. The democratic parties participated in governmental and political affairs, which is regarded as close comrade-in -arms who is leaded by the communist party and cooperate with the communist party and common devote the ourselves to socialism cause, play decisive role in the political life of China. The participated parties in governmental and political affairs are different from party not in office, their benefit, political idea and objective of a struggle are consistent with these of the communist party, its hysteretic mission must be to take political power and take part in political power when it is a political party, it like to receive the lead of the party in power when it is a party participated in governmental and political affairs .In fact, the democratic parties have coordinated developed with the communist party for long time and made great affords for socialism harmonious society and their function can not be underestimated in terms of theory and practice. The democratic parties also should clearly recognize their selves significant responsibility in the construction. Therefore, a large number of benefit contradictories spring up between different benefit bodies, benefit populations and persons, it is very difficult to solve those contradictories .so it need to common affords of democratic parties and the communist party.China' democratic parties have developed for more than half century, but their political location of the party in participating governmental and political affairs only is for 15 years, construction objective of harmonious society and reality give opportunity and challenge for development of democratic parties. One side, differentiation of reality benefit population and gradation of society give society base for development of the democratic parties, exist of the democratic parties is legal and necessity decided by reality in home and abroad. The party in power is easy to cause corrupt under lack of strength.Supervisors who are out of the party in power, advanced of the communist party is difficult to maintain for long term; The other side, the system of composing of many parties in capitalism counties maybe cause great negative effect on system of many parties cooperation and further affect action of democratic parties give play to construction of the harmonious society. for this purpose, the democratic parties must strengthen construction for their selves, especially theory construction, enhance participating party consciousness and suffering consciousness of numbers of democratic parties, so as to response of challenge caused during the harmonious society construction.
