Research On The Social Services Of Democratic Party

China Democratic League has many functions; one of the important ones is social services, which is the most well-known function by the Public and the key point to promote the force of Democratic Parties.As a part of multi-party cooperation and political consultation system led by Chinese Communist since its establishment, China Democratic League has been playing an essential role in Anti-Japanese War, Liberation war, the early age of New China, era of national economy recovery, the Reform and Opening up period, and the Socialist modernization.Taking the social services function of China Democratic League as an example, firstly, it starts with defining and explaining the social work, stating and analyzing the work proceeding situation, and finding its unique advantages. Secondly, if finds out the problems and contradictions of internal self-construction and external environment development within China Democratic League by analyzing the current social services and combing theory with actual work.Based on that, it raised effective suggestions by elaborating the external facts like above-mentioned institutional deficiency, fiscal fund shortage and internal ones such as lack of personal,imperfection of evaluation mechanism, and also by draw the experience of the existing successful cases of social services conducted by China Democratic League.Lastly, it incorporates the experience in actual work, puts forward several solutions and suggestions and aims at reinforcing self-construction, improving working mechanism, integrating social resources, and forging new model of development by promoting working level and quality of Democratic Parties, and striving to create favorable environment for carrying out social services.
