Government Information Publicity Based On E-Government Environment

Chinese economic reform has been started since1980s, and the economics of our country has been well developed during the past3decades. In addition, we are also the witness of the political civilization in our country, especially the great progress our government has made in the field of government information publicity. In fact, we can attribute the progress of politics to both the economic development and democratic development.When we focus on the government information publicity in our country, another concept we have to refer to is E-government. During the past thirty years, our government has paid much attention to establishing E-government systems, as well as economic construction. As is well-known, there was no E-government system founded twenty years ago, but now we have benefited a lot from the convenience of E-government system like a government website. There is no doubt that a government website is superior to some other traditional approach of government information publicity.There are many theses about government information publicity or E-government, and most of the theses focus on either of the two concepts. However, the author we try to discuss the relevance of them in this paper. The author focuses on the research of E-government about the basic concept, development history, technology implementation, etc. Especially, the author will discuss how to promote the government information publicity by reinforcing the E-government construction. Besides, government website is the widely used approach to realize it, and we will investigate some particular foreign website of government. Through summarizing the features of foreign government websites, we try to find out some good experience that can be used to our own website construction.
