Democratic reform refers to the organization and leadership of opposingfeudalism by the government, especially at the beginning of the founding of thePeople’s Republic of China against the feudalism. Discussed in this article is inguangzhou city of industrial and mining enterprises of democratic reform, is theabolition of the oppressed people and working class in urban and industrial andmining enterprises of the feudal remnants and collaborating with the otherreactionary forces launched a vigorous mass movement under the leadership of thecommunist party. The purpose of movement is to arouse the enthusiasm of themasses for the production, eliminate feudal remnants in production development,reform the unreasonable system, so as to give play to the production enthusiasm ofthe workers,and promote the recovery and development of the national economy. Guangzhou’s industrial and mining enterprises of the democratic reform is part ofthe nation’s.The same as democratic reform of national industrial and miningenterprises, democratic reform of guangzhou’s industrial and mining enterprises isdivided into democratic struggle, democratic unity and democratic construction inthree phases. The main task in democratic struggle stage is to eliminate thefeudal remnants in the enterprise; Democratic unity stage is mainly to strengthenthe enterprise internal unity and improve the relationship between the parties;Democratic construction stage is mainly to establish a new management systemand leadership system. There are different social backgrounds in Guangzhou’sindustrial and mining enterprises of democratic reforms compared with otherplaces, made a series of achievements, but at the same time it still has manyproblems.
