Research On State-run Industrial And Mining Enterprises Democratic Reforms Since The Founding Of New China Period

Looking back on the changes in China since the 20 th century,it is not surprising that the Chinese working class has been playing an important role in this historical change.With the opening of the archives and records of some southern cities,scholars began to pay attention to the issue of democratic reform in state-owned industrial and mining enterprises,but there were few studies on this issue.Based on the research of democratic reform of state-owned industrial and mining enterprises in the early stage of the founding of new China,this paper objectively evaluates the achievements,shortcomings and experiences of this problem from the situation of the situation to the content of democratic reform.Discussed in this article the state industrial and mining enterprises in the early days after foundation of democratic reform,under the leadership of the communist party is the abolition of the oppressed people and working class in industrial and mining enterprises of the feudal remnants and collaborating with other reactionary forces launched a vigorous mass movement.This question to discuss from three aspects: first,the first chapter is the study of the state industrial and mining enterprises in the early days after foundation of democratic reform as the situation facing,also can call to carry out the reasons,on the one hand,because of the national situation,on the other hand because of the enterprise development demand democratic reforms.The reasons for the national situation mainly include: the national economy is in urgent need of recovery and development,and the leadership of the working class is becoming increasingly prominent,and the social democratic reform has also started in a comprehensive way.There are three main reasons for the development of enterprises.In the old period,the bureaucratic management system reflects the decay,the management system reflects the aging,and the workers are also less motivated.Second,the second chapter is the study of the state industrial and mining enterprises in the early days after foundation of democratic reform of content,from three sides,respectively from the aspects of ideological mobilization and income distribution,enterprise management aspects of democratic reform.Ideological mobilization is mainly discussed by strengthening policy propaganda,cultivating activists,understanding the anti-revolutionary elements and strengthening the inner solidarity of the working class.And what the enterprise wants to do is to abolish the search system,the head system,the labor system,strike while the hot iron has set up the factory management committee.Taking into account the interests of the people,the distribution system was established,and the comprehensive wage reform was carried out according to the system.Through this activity a democratic reform makes us deeply feel with a positive development in China,not only to improve the labor productivity,but also established a relatively perfect system of democratic management,and effectively strengthen the new people's regime.But this democratic reform also has many unsatisfactory places: the management system of the industry and mining enterprises is not perfect,the work plan is too thick.Because of including a good side and a bad side,to help us to objective evaluation and get the profound enlightenment,at any time to adhere to the leadership of the party,to the people's interests as the core,value system and mechanism innovation,only in this way can better to work around the center of the country.This article through to the analysis of the state industrial and mining enterprises in the early days after foundation of democratic reform process,to explore the early stage of the founding of the state industrial and mining enterprises in our country democratic reform process results and shortage,and explore the problems that should be paid attention to in the reform of state-owned enterprises in the new period,and put forward some Suggestions for the reform of state-owned enterprises in the new period,this is more conducive to better complete the socialist economic construction in China.
