Township Government Public Service Mechanism Innovation-Shengze Town

Although the township government is the lowest level of political organization inthe state administrative system， it takes the responsibility of the planning andorganization of rural public facilities, the construction of the public welfare, animportant responsibility to provide public goods and public services in rural areas.Theeffectiveness of its public services directly relates to the stability and development ofthe rural and has a significant impact on the whole country and society.This article starts from the angle of the township government public servicemechanism innovation,then analyze the status of township government at this stage,andstudy the practical results of of Jinzhai County People’s Government Wujiangworkstation Public Service,and on this basis put forward recommendation to improvethe township public services.The article is divided into five parts.Introduction introduces the topics of the source, the meaning and purpose of thestudy, the lack of domestic and foreign research status.The first chapter stresses thetownship government to define the concept of public service and the main theoriesrelying on.Chapter2is about public service status quo of China’s township governmentin general perspective and Shengze town in specific.Chapter3is from Townshipgovernment public service mechanism innovation and analyzes Shengze Town ’s uniquein the provision of public services.Chapter4thinks of the necessity and specificrecommendation on how to improve Township government public service mechanism.
