In the report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, general secretary Hu Jintao clearly claims that the prominent act, encouraging employment in various channels and starting business to improve the employment, would create a better employment for environment. Getting employed for university students not only is related to their own benefits, but also decides the sustainable development and the stability of society. Starting business are a further step of university education, positive development of employment and new way of involving in the social competition. As a new trend of employment for college students, starting business has great meanings.In this paper, the writer chooses students from five different universities in Henan province as the object of the study. By visiting university like Henan Business College, Henan University of Economic and Law and so on, and conducting interview, the writer analyzes the index of correlation about Henan university students starting business including the motive, the fund, the pattern, the education, the profession, and the policies. And through these indexes, the paper tries to figure out the problems and reasons for Henna university students to start business. Base on these, the writer would illustrate some solutions and hope to provide advice for the university students, which could help them to understand the current status of society, have a clear idea about the trend of the development o society and solve the difficulties from employment.
