Research On Public Products Of The Central Towns Under The Background Of Urbanization

Urbanization is the historical task of our modernization construction, actively and steadily pushing forward the healthy development of urbanization is an important way of building a well-off society in China. On March5,2013, Premier Wen Jiabao made "in the first session of the Twelfth National People’s Congress in the government work report" pointed out that, from2007to2012, urbanization rate of china increased from45.9%to52.6%. The urban and rural structure made huge change.The research object of this paper is the22central towns of Jining. Based on the data from the questionnaires, this paper is aimed to find the way to improve the level of public products of the central towns.The main content of this paper:Chapter1is introduction; Chapter2is about the theory of public products of central towns; Chapter3is empirical analysis of22central towns in Jining; Chapter4is aimed to find the problems of the supply of the public products; Chapter5based on the4chapter, explains the reason of the problems; Chapter6according to the reasons of the problems puts forward the countermeasures; The last part of this paper is the sum-up.The finding of this paper is the countermeasure of promoting the development of the public supply of the central towns:Firstly, promoting the diversification of the supply subject; Secondly, innovating the supply mechanism; Thirdly, establishing the financing model of the central towns public products supply; Fourthly, promoting the supervision system of the public products supply of the central towns.The conclusion of this paper:Through these countermeasures, the problems about the public product of the small towns will be solved. Then the process of the urbanization in China will make great progress.
