The Research On Cultural Change Of DongZhai Immigration

This paper takes Jiangke Village, Tongzi Camp,Xuanen County, Hubei Provinceas a case for study. It based on the traditional cultural change of ethnology. On thebasis of the fieldwork of Dong residential areas in Jiangke village, making full use ofcounty annals, genealogy and other literature and statistical materials, this paperconducts a comprehensive and detailed comparative study before and after theimmigration of Dong village. It also investigates the changes of all levels ofimmigration through the lens "cultural anthropology" type. This paper mainly focuseson the evolution and fission of Dong traditional culture after the finish of Dongvillage and tries to do some tentative theory researches to explore the change oftraditional culture of Dong village according to the theory of cultural change at homeand abroad, practical and cultural reproduction and relevant theory of immigrationDong village of Jiangke village. It provides a case for the reading of immigrant ethniccultural change and some references for the construction of cultural change theory ofimmigration of Dong village.This paper consists of six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, dividedinto four sections. The first section introduced the background, the reason and thesignificance of selected topic. The second section mainly introduces the two basicconcepts of culture and cultural change. The third quarter is the summary andgeneralization of the study on Dong village from the perspective of two aspects bothat home and abroad and also the review of related literature. Section four introducesthe relevant research methods and writing ideas. The second chapter is an introductionto the related situation of Jiangke village, including its basic situation, immigrantsDong and the relative theory of Dong’s migration history in Jiangke village. In orderto reflect the characteristic of immigrants Dong in Jiangke village, the third chapterdescribes the stockade built, life and communication style, family organization,temple building and the vulgar between Jiangke village and the area of origin, theimmigration Dong village and the surrounding minority village. The fourth chapter states the continued development of Dong village through the further improvement ofreservoirs, the development of social organizations, the change of ideology and so on.Based on the third and fourth chapter, the fifth chapter reflects a comparative study oftwo kinds of culture forms. The sixth chapter attempts to summarize and reflect theethnic interaction theory, the culture reproduction theory based on the research resultsof relevant theories of cultural change at home and abroad.
