It is the important part of social security system. In recentyears, although in Chinese academic circles there are a lot of literatures in the study ofrural social assistance system, which research visions and depths are also expanding anddeepening, few author presents to construct a new type of rural social assistance system,and they lack deep going and comprehensive researches on its establishment andfeasibility analysis. A lot of related research literatures only involve the basic materialaids of the rural social assistance system, hardly consider to combine the rural socialassistance and the solution of rural absolute poverty and how to overcome povertyProblem. Our country is a large agricultural nation.
