The Evolution And Enlightenment Of The Concept Of Civil Rights Of Modern China

The definition of civil rights is very significant in politics. Civilright thought of modern China is an integrated concept whichcompromises Chinese and Western political thought on the basis ofdemand of historical reality in China democratic revolution.With the development of China modern history and democraticrevolution, the concept of civil right thought of modern China hasalso evolved. The concept of bourgeoisie civil right began to declineafter the New Culture Movement and Chinese proletariat began onthe political stage. It is proved that Chinese revolution can achievecomplete victory of new democratic revolution under the leadershipof the Communist Party of China and the guidance of Marxism.The success of the civil rights revolution of modern china have notonly promoted the development of China’s society but also provided the valuable experience for Chinese modern democratic political construction.
