Research On The Life Characteristic And Evolution Of Enterprises

Enterprise is a complex system possessing on characteristic of adaptability. The viewpoint on enterprises should be dynamic and evolutionary, and the analysis on enterprises should not be confined to the method of static and equilibrium. Enterprise is an evolutionary life body. The life characteristic of the living beings can act as reference to enterprise.Above all, this dissertation constitutes enterprise life model, discusses the life characteristic of enterprise, researches into the enterprise lifecycle, open out the mechanism of enterprise life body.Secondly, basing on evolution theory, this dissertation analyses enterprise evolution from the interior and exterior of the enterprises. It also points out the concept of evolution competence, discusses the connection between evolution competence and core competence. Also, it makes research on mutually developing, discusses the significance of mutually developing to continuous competition superiority of enterprise.Lastly, the focus is on the question of enterprise adaptability. This dissertation evaluates enterprise life system using the model of neural network. Consequently, enterprises can apperceive the change of environment, and enhance the capability of self-organization, self-adaptability and self-learning.
