The political development of economic globalization and the establishment of marketeconomy system gradually perfect, put forward practical reform of government institutions,social reform and the reform of government institutions in the important part is the governmentorgans Logistics services. The reform of government organs logistics is the inherent requirementof social progress and development of the market economy, but also the inevitable result ofproduction socialization and the construction of service-oriented government.
