Clearly put forward the fundamental purpose of the reform is to adjust logistics service production relations and change in this paper according to the Basic Theory and Operation Mode of Government Logistics Socialization Reform; On the basis of the Theory of new public management and new public service supply; affiliated to Jiangxi Province Sports Logistics Socialization Reform as an example. Aspects of logistics resources and optimize the interests and balanced, improve the ability of organ logistics guarantee as soon as possible, at the same time make more staff benefit from the reform, promote social progress and development.First of all, reviews the reform of the Logistics Socialization, the gain and loss. Emphatically discusses the difficulties of logistics socialization reform in those undeveloped provinces with relatively backward economy, social services, such as personnel placement, low hardware level, low overall service level, unadvanced management technology, etc.Secondly, this paper discusses logistics standardization and marketization reform mode and the development trend of the government management innovation. The core is to study the feasibility of service outsourcing and the resulting surplus personnel placement, the scope of service outsourcing and innovation of government regulation.The number of workers must be reduced to achieve the purpose of increase efficiency in vies of the large logistics socialization reform. Place the redundant staffs in the logistics enterprise group, at the same time logistics enterprise group taking organs logistics services to the market, participate in market competition, expand business scope and project is the final choice to realize socialization of logistics.
