Research On The Political Participation Of Mobile Network In Contemporary China

In a critical period of the construction of the democratic politics and legal system，ourcitizens are bound to have a sharp increase in political participation demand through themobile network， with the rapid development of wireless network. Research on thecharacteristics&rules of the mobile network political participation will be better for orderlypolitical participation and complete system.This degree thesis comprises four parts. First part is about the definition and features ofpolitical participation through mobile network.Then classify the main bodies and carriers，including government，all kinds internet citizens and different channels.The third part comesto the main problems， such as non-institutional political participation， representativeparticipation，capacity problems，level problems，lack of culture.The last is focus oncountermeasures&suggestions.In conclusion，the government and the public should make joint efforts to improvepolitical participation of mobile network. It is necessary to build complete system，trainqualified network citizen，at the same time attract the active participation of the media，experts， academics and other intermediate forces， more important is to cultivate a inclusivepolitical culture, strengthen the network ethics and the rule of law.
