With the popularity of computer and internet applications, network of political participation and political scholars begun to attract attention. From the network at home and abroad for the study of political participation of view, the main concern of foreign networks for political participation, democratization and other issues related to political influence, while the domestic research is still at the initial stage, the theoretical framework of the building to be perfect.Full text perspectives from the structure, static and dynamic analysis method of combining not only focus on the analysis of the basic framework of the network of political participation, and focus on the network through a typical case of political participation in the process of structural analysis, attempts to explain the different roles Internet users in the process of promoting the network impact of political participation.Five chapters are included in this paper. Chapter one introduces theories of political participation, as well as its main form and constraints. The meaning and characteristics of political participation is also studied in this chapter. Chapter two studies the contemporary network political participation, analysis its constructive role and its defects respectively. Chapter three studies the subjective structure which can be divided into individuals and organisations. The former is formed with network political elites, activists and common participants; the later is the network society. Chapter four analyses the objective structure, from the perspective of diversifying network participation and network political information. Chapter five shows the process structure of network political participation, starting from the emerging of network incidences, converting of the participants to the effacing of the participation.
