Legal Research On Environmental Problems Caused By Developing Quartzite Ore In Sunzu Town Shandong Province

This paper is a research report on environmental problems caused by developing quartzite ore in Sunzu Town Shandong Province. The background of the research is a series of process which in the mining quartzite ore, preliminary processing, transportation to silica sand factories, silica sand factories processed into quartz sand, and sales causing serious damage to the Sunzu Town environment. This paper mainly using investigation method, I obtained much firsthand material, through the issuance of questionnaires, field interviews and my four times what I saw and heard,and completed paper writingThis paper is divided into three chapters:Chapter1is about background and research introduced. The background aspect is mainly introduced the basic situation of the quartzite ore and Sunzu Town, it is a bedding for paper writing; Research aspect, It is about the method of the research,the form the research, the form of the research, the content of the research, the process of the research and illustrate the research on silica sand factory.The second chapter is environmental problems caused by developing quartzite ore. Five kinds of environmental problems described respectively which are caused by developing quartzite ore according to the results of the research, that are air pollution, noise pollution, water pollution, soil pollution and other effects caused by developing quartzite ore, and each category of environmental problems combining research situation described in detail.The third chapter is about analysis environmental problems caused by developing quartzite ore. Specific analysis environmental problems caused by developing quartzite ore according to the second chapter. First of all, analyzing the reason of the environmental problems in Sunzu Town from the theoretical and practical aspects, using externality theory and public goods theory, divided the environmental problems caused by developing quartzite ore into two aspects which are damage to the public products and damage to the private products, and analyzing the different types of damage carefully. In real analysis this paper focuses on discussing the lack of government supervision caused to environmental problems, and the species of lack of government oversight of the performance. Secondly, analyzing the aspect of the violating laws and regulations in the process of developing quartzite ore. Finally, from the three aspects which are the government, silica and factory, and the residents in Sunzu town.illustrating how to deal with environmental problems caused by developing quartzite ore in Sunzu town.
