With the rapid economic development of China, especially through30year reform and opening-up, magnificent change occurs to regional economy development. Now the economic structure has characterized as initiative development in eastern area, fundamental development in western region, rise of middle region and revitalization in northeastern old industrial bases. Each region has accelerated its cooperation progress.Since economy develops regionally, it is necessary to governance regional economy in unit of region. Under plan economy, the development tends to be isolated from outside, however, in the context of plan economy’s gradual transferring to market economy, the development of economy has gradually break limitation of governance district, which brings conflicts between administrative economy and market-oriented economy, what’s more, there emerges economic zone beyond governance district, such as Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, Yangtze River Delta Economic zone and Bohai Rim Economic Zone.As the further market economic development, the constant emergence of new para-governance region economic zone, such as Central China Economic Zone. Northern Bay Economic Zone and so on. Nevertheless.Compared with the current rapid development of regional economy and marketization, the political system revolution is relatively outdated and governing system of para-administrative region hasn’t simultaneously built, which, therefore, result in continual fierce conflicts of para-governance district division. Recently, it has increasingly become a hot debate issue for stateman and academics on how to build a comprehensive governing system and mechanism of para-governance region division. From the perspective of regional economy administrative institution structuring, this article based on above issues, researching on regional economic governance and divided into three(3) parts, including prelude, body and conclusion, mainly discuss regional economy governance..Prelude mainly introduce priority zone plan first raised by China in11th5year plan and also discussion on regional economic governance under the background of state priority zone strategy.Body part divided into four (4) chapters:Chapter One:Economy region and its governance mode of China, systematic introduction of economic region in eastern, middle and western area and summarize current regional economy governance mode, regional economic administrative institution structuring based on facts and analysis.Chapter Two:Oversea economic region and governance mode. Introduction on governing mode of typical economic region, such as US, Germany and EU, making a comparison with regional economy administrative institution structuring and raising existing flaw of economic region governance.Chapter Three:Relate concept about regional economic and theoretical of regional economic governance. By citing international regional economic governance theory, providing theoretical support for administrative institution structuring of regional economy.Chapter Four:Suggesting on regional economic administration structuring in its governance.
