Employment is vital to people’s livelihood; it is a major livelihood issue of long-term social stability.Realizing the employee’s effective employment can promote economic growth and upgrade a country’s economic strength.Since the reform and opening up, our country has a large number of rural labor force transferred to the cities and towns. With the continuous progress of China’s urbanization and modernization process, the migrant workers appeared intergenerational change, as an important part of migrant workers post80s and90s of the new generation peasant workers have started work at non-agricultural posts. Generation of migrant workers has peremptorily became a new type of labor force and appeared the main body of migrant workers vividly.The CPC Central Committee Document No.2010clearly put forward the efforts to solve the problem of migrant workers. This shows that Chinese government increasingly pays attention to the isssue of migrant workers, also shows that new migrant workers’employment problem is an urgent task to be solved. It can be said that new generation peasant worker issues are the extension, expression and development of traditional peasant worker problem in the new stage.Compared with the elder generation of migrant workers, their employment options has its own unique characteristics, especially in employment expectations, level of education, values orientation, concept of consumption, interest demands and future development planning etc.Today, in the course of employment they faced, such as social exclusion, employment treatment discrimination, low level of employment, poor stability, low income, low rate of social security insurance,life without security, employment benefits difference, the legitimate rights and interests is difficult to adequately protection and many other unfavorable factors.This aspect makes them into a frequent job-hopping,frequent unemployment and a series of employment distress; On the other hand,the "labor shortage" and "difficult obtain employment" coexistence phenomena intensified.From the past simple "shortage of skilled workers" to "the shortage of skilled workers" and "the general labor shortage "coexistence situation.New generation of migrant workers encountered many difficulties in the area of employment is closely related to low quality and their cultural skills.With the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the transformation of the mode of economic development pattern, inadequate existing vocational skills training, excessive occupational expectations does not match with the market demand.Enterprises unreasonable employment needs, relevant social security system of employment rights does not reach the designated position and the division of the dual labor market factor.To improve the quality of new generation peasant workers’ employment stability, we need to provide the professional guidance, strengthening skill training, eliminating system obstacles, and make it more quickly adapt to the enterprise labor demand and the upgrading of the industrial structure,so that better integration into the city.Effective and lasting to solve new generation migrant workers employment problem is a long arduous historical process.Only to reform the constraints of the career development and the obsolescence of the new generation of migrant workers,and put good experience and methods into practice.Formation mechanism is extended and applied, can better realize new generation peasant workers’ full and effective, lasting healthy of employment.This paper used a large number of report datas,such as data inductions, comparison analysis and literature review method. From new generation of migrant workers’ concept, employment characteristics, the present situation of the current employment, employment environment and other prominent restricted angles to analiysis new generation peasant workers in the troubles of employment and the existing problems.Eventually,the paper proposed countermeasures and suggestions to solve the plight of the new generation of migrant workers’employment. The paper will taken objective and impartial position to research the specific employment group, looking forward to enterprises to improve the traditional backward modes of human resources management and outdated labor management philosophy, to promote the government to increase the social employment security measures,constantly improve the employment market, strengthen their own qualities and skills completely. This will promote our country’s urbanization, rural modernization and the integration of urban and rural areas,smoothly,"a well-off society" will be come true..
