Study On The Solutions Of New Generation Of Migrant Peasant Workers' Employment Problem

Building a new socialist countryside in China, designed to promote the development of urbanization and industrialization process, to achieve sustainable economic and social development must face a new topic of highly concerned about the new generation of rural employment issue and efforts to solve the employment problem of migrant workers. More and more people are focus and pay attention on the new generation of migrant workers efforts and development, because they has been gradually into the city to become the main force of rural migrant workers team and this largest mobile group will be the China's future for decades or even longer. At present, there is no specific theory basis and accepted research methods to study of this new generation of migrant workers. This article takes the literature study, classification and comparative analysis and empirical analysis, through to use of these three comprehensive methods to the new generation of migrant workers on find jobs for the diffusion of exploration, we put forward some solutions.October 2007, the party's 17 major reported that "multi-channel transfer of employment of peasants", and "migrant workers" first appeared in the Congress report:"to regulate and coordinate labor relations, improve and implement the state of migrant workers policy and in safeguarding labor rights." March 2008, Premier Wen Jiabao has references'migrant workers' seven times in the government Work Reports and clearly a series of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers move reflects a high degree of attention the migrant workers issues. The central document of Chinese government in 2010 explicitly point out "the new generation of migrant workers" in first document and focused to "increase the intensity of urban and rural development, agriculture and rural development to further consolidate the foundation" of the subject. Along with the rapid development of new rural construction, the new generation of migrant workers make efforts to solve the employment problem in order to achieve full employment, the new generation of migrant workers, for actively promoting China's urbanization and industrial development process has important theoretical and practical significance.This article divided into four chapters.
