In2012, representatives of26migrant workers in the form of group took part in the communist party of the eighteenth big, reflects the problems rural migrant workers are increasingly brought to the attention of the party and the country. In more than30years of reform and opening‐up, rural migrant workers made a major contribution to the development of China’s economic and social, in Chinese society in the process of economic structure transformation and system transition, the population size is also showing a rising trend, and inside the migrant workers group has realized the generational shift, namely, the rise of new generation migrant workers and the older generation of migrant workers gradually exit. Along with the rise of new generation migrant workers, migrant workers age structure and interests are quietly changing, due to the different growth environment, the community problems are no longer just simple continuation of the older generation the problems of rural migrant workers.In the eighteenth big report, President HuJintao proposed to achieve higher quality of employment, high quality employment is the stability of the new generation of migrant workers employment. So our current research of migrant workers employment problem should highlight the new generation of migrant workers employment present situation and the problem of employment, aiming to explore the path of the new generation of migrant workers employment stability.Based on the theories about migrant workers employment and employment stability results at home and abroad for reference, on the basis of defining the new generation of migrant workers and job stability and so on related content, from the Angle of macroscopic and microscopic analysis of the necessity of new generation migrant workers stable employment, this new generation of migrant workers employment present situation, analyzing the main factors which interfere with the new generation peasant workers stable employment, finally puts forward some countermeasures to improve the stability of the new generation of migrant workers employment, in order to provide some advice on the new generation of migrant workers employment problems in. The improvement of new generation migrant workers stable employment sex not only relates to the realization of personal value and working unit of migrant workers, and promote the innovative development of the national economic structure transformation, the construction of a harmonious socialist society and the only way for urbanization of migrant workers.
