In The New Era,the Investigation Of CCP’s Ideological And Political Education To Famers

The reform and opening policy was put into force on the threshold of1980s.Since then China’s communist party has been adhering to employing Marxism in the development and to the ideological line of emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, has led farmers to rural construction. The reform of the rural enterprises continues developing.In the early years of the reform and opening up, fanners secretly reformed the relationship of agriculture producing, which was supported and encouraged by the Party, so that agriculture enterprise obtained rapid development at that time. All the facts prove that the Party should focus on the ideological and political education to farmers, pay attention to the facts of rural area and respect the farmers’ vital interests. If it performs like that, the work in rural area goes right. On the other hand, the revolutionary work and national construction will be blocked, or even damaged if it does not. The rural society is in a critical period of transformation at present. The rural social development meets contradictory difficulties, it is certainly bad for the social harmony and it affects the development of national progress. Therefore, to China’s communist party, persisting the ideological and political education to farmers is the key to solve these problems. The Party have to mobilize the peasants to realize the existing problems effectively, and to actively improve the defects of rural development and make great efforts to learn a new management concept, methods, technology in agriculture in order that peasants will cooperate with the government, support spontaneously various policies and regulations and consciously maintain the Party.Based on this point, this article, illustrates this study from six aspects. First, the thesis analyzes the writing background and significance, research status and the innovation of the paper. Then it introduces the article writing theory, illustrates the Party’s ideological and political education work for farmers which is not only influenced by the successful experience, but also advanced with time flying. It has been a long time since the first launch of the reform and opening policy. So in the third part, it introduces the stage characteristics of ideological and political education to farmers according to the development of educational contents since the beginning of the reform and opening to the outside. Then the fourth chapter demonstrates the main contents of the education to farmers. In order to enhance the work on the farmers’ ideological and political education work smoothly, some related problems need to be effectively processed. So the article in the fifth part demonstrates how to make the point come true.Through careful study, we obtained the enlightenment for the future’s work, which is that farmers’ideological and political education work must comply with the actual conditions of rural work and be dealt with properly. Second, the Party’s farmers’ ideological and political education implementation effect is based on the guarantee that the fundamental interests of the farmers is protected properly. Otherwise there will be farmers who disregard, resist, even flagrantly oppose the policies and measures in the rural areas. Because the improvement of the quality of farmers can not be reached in a short period of time, the ideological and political education of farmers has to be operated in a long time. Considering that situation, the Party’s rural workers must be aware of the long-term and arduous work, have patience and be prepared for the long-term, and hard work. The rural grass-roots staff should improve quality, study relevant laws, improve the level of leadership, improve educational ways, advancing means of fanners’ ideological and political education continually.
