The Research Of Domestic Cybercrime And Prevention-Control System

Nowadays, the development of information technology and the widely application of computer networks have greatly promoted the public convenience, at the same time, they also bring enormous pressure on network security。As a result, how to safeguard for information security and how to curb the spread of cybercrime become the great challenge to information society, therefore, solving the problem above is of great significance。According to the evolution of cybercrime concepts, the computer crime and cybercrime were analyzed in contrast with each other so as to conclude the definition of the latter. So,the exact definition of cybercrime is of great significant in its connotation and extension. From the concept of cybercrime, this paper analysis its basic character including virtual, hidden, intelligence, huge and spread in order to make it easily understanding. From the research on cybercrime in domestic, we can conclude the trend during which the obvious attention is only the interest, from then on, the underworld industrial chain is formed. During all the problems in network security, the cybercrime is of the greatest social harm; it is the threat to economic operation, social management, personal safety as well as the property safety, even bring far more losses than traditional crime. Now, the research in the area of cybercrime is not enough, it still needs effective means to control and resolve this problem. So, further research is to be carried out on the causes of cybercrime, the legislative, the judicial, the network security and the management. There are many shortcomings and there is also a lack of effective measures to solve these problems above, so, we must use methods as many as possible so as to change the countermeasures from single to diversity.This paper, beginning with the status of cybercrime countermeasures, analyzes the measures in five aspects including legislation, execution, management, technology and education, it supplies the control mode in three parts, they are control of pre-crime, in-crime and after-crime. The five aspects introduced above are all basic elements and the key is how to handle the relationship of them. At last, detailed ideas have been proposed from the five aspects according to the difficulties in fighting against cybercrime. During these ideas, computer forensic with Justice means is the most important way to control the cybercrime. In order to determine people’s identity, the appearance of ID cardⅡis a bold vision which has the perfect feasibility and originality.
