With the new curriculum reform, China’s basic education is facing comprehensive andprofound changes. Among them, teaching-research group is the soil of the professional growth ofteachers, is relied on the implementation of effective teaching, is the cornerstone of ScientificResearch, therefore, teaching-research group should be adjusted accordingly. How to improve theefficiency of teaching-research, give full play to teaching-research group in curriculum reform,teachers’ professional development, student training, school construction and other aspects of therole has become a common concern of the education and the whole society. However, for a longtime, owing to multiple factors, teaching-research group has failed to give full play its advantages,and features gradually are weaken, or even useless. The new curriculum has done a majoradjustment in objectives、structure、content、implementation、evaluation, etc, as the directpractitioners of the new curriculum, teachers need to learn more and improve themselves in allaspects, therefore, teaching-research group should strengthen self-construction, organize a varietyof teaching and research activities effectively in order to help teachers to adapt to the newcurriculum, make teaching-research group become the spiritual home of teachers. On this basis,high-school physics teaching-research group should be adjusted accordingly combining withsubject characteristics.In this paper, a few high-school physics teaching-research groups of Gan Zhou areas are forthe study, The main research methods are questionnaires, individual interviews, the high-schoolphysics teaching-research group’ construction status is comprehensively Investigated, which areincluding the basic situation of respondents, their awareness of professional development, the longof teaching and research training, teachers’ collaboration, teaching-research group’ activities,research content, theoretical studies and so on. By analysis and statistics of the survey results, theauthor summed up internal and external factors which affect the construction of high-schoolphysics teaching-research group. this paper is from own factors of the teaching-research, whichare every teacher, the long of teaching-research, teaching-research group itself, then put forwardthe main strategies to promote the physical teaching-research group construction. Finally, theauthor conducted a in-depth summary for the survey, and worked out some thinking and outlookcontrary to unresolved Problems.
