Allthe factors mentioned above has restricted the development of further education inXinjiang. Combined with the current situation in Xinjiang, the essay put forwardcountermeasures against the problems we have mentioned: Establishing the conceptof life-long education instead of the old one; enriching the laws about furthereducation; the departments should cooperate with each other to accelerate thedevelopment of further education; developing the scientific research, selecting thecontents of further education; providing the abundant funds.And using thereasonable incentive mechanism, etc.
