The 18 th CPC National Congress and 19 th CPC National Congress put forward the strategies of "paying close attention to special education" and "supporting special education",respectively,reflecting that special education is an important basic education in China's educational undertakings.The improvement of our country's education level is closely related to the development and construction of PE teachers in special education schools.Physical education teachers engaged in special education need to recognize that physical education has a positive effect on the physical and mental exercise and rehabilitation of disabled children,and take professional basic knowledge and skills as the teaching conditions.The development trend of special education schools expects PE teachers to pay attention to physical education from their ideological awareness to their professional dedication,and to shoulder the responsibility of physical education from the inside to the outside.Study work.The construction of an excellent team of special education PE teachers plays an important role in promoting physical education teaching,sports activities and physical training,and rehabilitation training for disabled children in special schools.The research object of this paper is the physical education teachers of 11 special education schools in Guangxi.The basic situation of physical education teachers in special education schools is investigated,and the professional development and professional training of physical education teachers are regarded as the key contents of the investigation.On this basis,the main factors affecting the construction of PE teachers in special education schools are as follows:the development of physical education in special education schools in Guangxi started late,the strength of physical education teachers was weak,and they were not satisfied.At the same time,more than 82.6% of the teachers are part-time PE teachers,and the full-time PE teachers are seriously lacking,and the professional development of PE teachers in special education schools is insufficient.There is a serious imbalance between post-service training and pre-employment training,and the professionalization training needs to be strengthened.These factors seriously affect the quality and level of PE teaching in special education schools and limit the development of special education.Therefore,under the background of realizing the development of "cultural self-confidence",the article puts forward a series of measures,such as paying attention to special physical education,raising social concern,and strengthening the school system of special education.Educational funds for teachers are invested,the training system of PE teachers in special education schools is set up,the professional training of PE teachers in special schools is accelerated,and a sound management system for special education and physical education is established.
